Nice beach

The Aircon was not working during our entire stay and it was extremely hot. The staff lied the first 2 days by keeping on saying it would be switched on in an hour etc..when in fact they all knew it was broken. In the end they gave us a free massage, which did not make up for the fact that we could not sleep with the heat. We only had a 6day break and due to the discomfort did not rest.

I loved my sea view room with the nice design round the pool and also the buffet was great.

I wish more staffs could speak english.

I recently stayed at a beachfront resort with stunning views and excellent service. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of water activities. The main restaurant offered a wide selection of delicious food, ensuring everyone's tastes were satisfied. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The language barrier was a challenge, as not all staff members were proficient in English.

the pool , food ,activities for the adults and kids actually every thing it was good i recomend any one with his family to go there for fun and relax but no shopping because the hotel far a way from antalya and belek.

only thing it s the A/C cooling in our room was bad .

The overall ambiance and helpful staff and the facilities were very good especially the spa!

A rather surly check in member of staff who insisted on immediate payment rather than puuting a reserve on my credit card!!

Spending Christmas at this resort was a fantastic experience. The food, especially the Christmas dinner, was delicious and offered a wide variety of options for all taste preferences. The location of the resort was great, with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. the spa services were amazing, providing guests with the ultimate relaxation.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation as the furniture appeared old and worn out. the staff was not always fluent in English, but they tried their best to communicate and assist us with any needs.

Overall it was very good place comparing to the rate very nice place for family with small kids food was nice activities were good

No Internet in the rooms ac in the lobby and restaurant was not good and was really annoying after a hot sunny day on the beach Hotel furniture is old and need to be renewed

The food was good and with all inclusive deal you gain extra pounds easily, staff were nice and lots of landscape and nice beach. a lot of free stuff and very very nice shows for kids and adults. Awesome for families with kids and good enough for couples. you do not need to spend a cent inside the hotel and they keep you inside the hotel by their nice entertainment shows.

Alcholic Beverages are awful, far away from city, low quality rooms, AC was not very strong but you dont need it in a nice weather,

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the food and beverage staff, were always smiling, helpful, and polite. The variety of food and drinks was excellent. The hotel is located right by the sea and has a beautiful main restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the swimming pool, were impressive.

Couldn't stay longer.

We would choose to stay here again. Excellent position by the sea, good food, and pleasant service, especially in the restaurant. Good value for money, and very few extras (decent wine, airport transfer) Fruit basket was a nice gesture on arrival

Bedroom in need of refreshing ( small area of water damage in bathroom) Reception staff helpful but not all could answer questions in English.Sea view bedroom very noisy at night due to entertainment area. Seemed odd to have to pay extra for fresh juice and Turkish coffee!

Beautiful beach, abundant beach chairs, diverse food options, nice pool, friendly entertainment team. Soundproof rooms, spacious grounds for walks with children, covered heated pool, free Wi-Fi in rooms, helpful and polite staff. Hardworking food and beverage staff, always smiling and polite, good variety of food and drinks.

Most staff were very helpful and professional. We were picked up at the airport on time. There was plenty of good and a variety of food. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and polite. We selected this location after a thorough review of many of the other hotels in Antalya and vicinity. The price for Barcelo was very attractive and since we did not want to pay for any more than what Barcelo offered, we booked it. We did not regret it anything for this very modest price and excellent resort.

Location of the rooms, facilities, and proximity to the golf courses,Belek is one of the best golf destination in the world with around 20 golf courses, so close to each other, and they are all perfect

Transportation to other golf courses was not properly arranged and the shuttle bus driver was not good in English, he answered all questions in Euros( 35 Euro to every question) the meals were ok, but in the cold plates section, ( salads etc), there was no olive oil, Turkey is a country of olive oil, and I don't understand the cheap logic behind not offering a bottle of olive oil to the gueats in Turkey...
